Motorola Moto X comes to Verizon

Motorola's Moto X just hit AT&T's shelves and this week it's Verizon's turn. Motorola's Sunit Poni announced last weekend that the X would arrive on other carriers "in days,". Verizon confirmed that customers will be able to purchase it online starting on August 29th. People want to buy it in person will have to wait longer, however, Verizon says that in-store availability will be in the "coming weeks." Unfortunately, Verizon buyers won't have the customization options available to AT&T customers and will only be able to choose between white or black versions. Verizon is asking $199.99 on contract for the Moto X, putting it squarely against the Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One and iPhone 5.
